All Sales Are Final
At Amariah Eternal, each purchase represents a meaningful step in your journey of faith. Because of the care and purpose we pour into our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
We’re committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for you.
How to request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@amariaheternal.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Once approved, we will send a replacement for the same item (or one of equal value).
📌 Please note: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged (Unless Damaged or Defective)
To maintain product quality and integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Journals and planners
- Digital products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Clearance or sale items
